For indoor domestic use. Our sideboards and cabinets are solid timber (with glass on the display pieces): wood is a natural material, so grain, colour and small knots vary and the timber moves a little with the room's humidity — part of the product, not a defect. A tall or top-heavy cabinet — a vitrine or display unit — must be anchored to the wall with the supplied strap or bracket so it cannot be pulled or tip over; this matters especially where children are about. Glass is toughened or safety glass and should be handled with care and kept clean. Assemble by an adult to the instructions on a level floor, keep the furniture away from radiators and damp, and re-oil or wax an oiled finish periodically. Any LED lighting is connected per the instructions. CE marked where applicable. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers.
